Companion Animal Veterinary Hospital has been a trusted part of the Dapto community since 2009. Locally owned, full-service, and built on a philosophy of treating every animal as part of the family, the clinic had grown into something genuinely special. A new purpose-built hospital. An expanded team. A wider range of services from preventative care through to surgery and specialist treatments.
The digital presence hadn’t grown with it. The existing website didn’t communicate the warmth, expertise, or breadth of what the clinic offered. For pet owners doing what every pet owner does, researching their options, looking for a vet they can trust, deciding where to take the animal they love, the online experience wasn’t giving them a reason to choose Companion Animal.
At the same time, there was an integrated marketing opportunity being left largely untapped. Website, Google Ads, Meta, email, and organic social none of them were working together as a cohesive system. We came in to fix both.





The website rebuild started with the question every pet owner asks: can I trust these people with my animal? Every design and content decision was made to answer that question as quickly and convincingly as possible.
Warm, human-centred design is paired with clear service pathways so whether a user arrives looking for puppy vaccinations, dental care, or emergency surgery, they can find what they need and move toward booking without friction. The clinic’s philosophy, team credentials, and new purpose-built facility were all brought forward and given the prominence they earned.
With the website foundation in place, we built an SEO strategy around the search intent that drives veterinary decisions local searches, condition-specific queries, and service-focused terms for pet owners in Dapto and surrounding areas.
Content was structured to serve both purposes: ranking in local search and educating pet owners once they arrived. Ongoing content and insights were built into the strategy to support long-term visibility and establish the clinic as a trusted resource, not just a service provider.
Google Ads were restructured to capture high-intent local searches at the moment pet owners were looking. Meta campaigns were built around the warmth and community focus of the brand driving appointment bookings and building local awareness with creative that felt like Companion Animal, not a generic vet ad.
Email marketing and organic social were aligned to the same brand standards and content calendar, creating a cohesive experience whether a client is booking their first appointment or staying engaged between visits.
Sessions up 261%. SEO impressions up 72%. Meta delivered 149 confirmed booking appointments in 30 days. Google Ads generated 89.5 conversions. Every channel contributing and for the first time, all of them pointing toward the same brand experience.
